DAF System Manufacturer in Kaukauna, Wisconsin
Founded in 2000, DAF Corporation has grown from a Wisconsin manufacturer to a nationally recognized leader in dissolved air flotation technology — one custom system at a time.
Built on Engineering. Driven by Clean Water.
DAF Corporation was established in 2000 in Kaukauna, Wisconsin, with a singular focus: design and fabricate dissolved air flotation systems that actually work in real-world industrial and municipal environments. No off-the-shelf solutions. No guesswork. Every system we build begins with a laboratory analysis of your actual wastewater.
Over the past 25 years, we have engineered and installed DAF systems across food processing, dairy, oil and gas, municipal wastewater treatment, aquaculture, brewing, textiles, and more. Our systems range from 5 GPM compact units for small processors to 11,000 GPM configurations serving major industrial facilities and municipalities.
We are a green, bio-science company. That means we go beyond simply removing solids — we design systems that recover reusable water, minimize chemical consumption, and position your facility for the environmental standards of the future. Our micro-bubble technology achieves 90–99% TSS removal with 10–30 micron bubble diameters, a performance level that consistently exceeds what conventional clarifiers can deliver.

Book an AppointmentMission & Core Values
Every decision we make — from material selection to field commissioning — is guided by four principles that have defined DAF Corporation since day one.
Engineering Integrity
We begin every project with lab analysis of your actual wastewater, not assumptions. Our designs are data-driven and site-specific. We never up-size a system beyond your need, and we never under-engineer one to save cost.
American Craftsmanship
Every DAF system is fabricated in our Kaukauna, Wisconsin facility using American steel and domestic components. Factory testing is completed before shipment, so your system arrives ready to perform from day one.
Environmental Stewardship
We are a green, bio-science company. Our systems are designed to minimize chemical use, maximize water recovery, and help our clients meet — and exceed — environmental discharge standards both today and in the future.
Long-Term Partnership
Our relationship with clients does not end at commissioning. We provide operator training, ongoing technical support, scheduled maintenance, and a responsive parts supply chain for the life of every system we build.
Our 8-Phase Project Process
From the first call to long-term service support, every DAF Corp project follows a proven eight-phase methodology designed to eliminate surprises and maximize performance.
Initial Consultation
We learn your application, regulatory requirements, current challenges, and project goals before recommending any solution.
Lab Analysis & Jar Testing
Your wastewater sample undergoes comprehensive characterization to identify the optimal coagulant and flocculant chemistry for your specific contaminants.
Custom System Design
Our engineers size your DAF system to your flow rate, peak loads, footprint constraints, and effluent targets — documented in a full engineering package.
Proposal & Review
You receive a detailed, transparent proposal including system specifications, materials list, timeline, and performance guarantees — no hidden line items.
USA Fabrication
Your system is fabricated in Kaukauna, WI with American steel, factory-tested, and inspected prior to shipment — with photographic documentation at every stage.
Delivery & Installation
Our field engineers manage site preparation, rigging, piping connections, chemical feed integration, and full mechanical installation.
Startup & Commissioning
We perform full operational startup and fine-tune chemistry and recycle ratios until your system consistently meets effluent targets. Operator training is included.
Ongoing Support
Scheduled maintenance visits, technical phone support, parts availability, and performance reviews ensure your system continues performing at peak efficiency long-term.
